Training & Development Program: Amèricas Valet has a detailed and well defined training and development program for all employees. This includes our Driving training and yearly re-certification, Ethics training and re-certification, and more. Complimentary HARC (Site Risk Assessment): HARC - "Hazard Analysis and Risk Control Record" is an exhaustive risk assessment which our internal Quality Director implements at every client location before the assigned team initiates operations. All valet/driving/parking service-related risks identified are communicated to the business owners and management team to prompt the implementation of our recommended actions to mitigate and/or eliminate such risk. This service is complimentary to all our clients and customers. 3. Competency Passport: All Amèricas Valet operations team members carry their Competency & Training Passport on them at all times while on the job. There are multiple advantages of this company policy. Some pros: The passport not only serves as a controlled means of fully identifying all company employees in operations but it also creates traceability of all training, both completed and due. Hence, ensuring ownership and part responsibility of employee growth within the company are in their hands. 4. ISO 9001:2015 (International Quality Standard): Our company Quality Policy is strictly enforced and adhered to. In same efforts of adhering to ISO 9001 standards, our operations team follows developed Standard Work Instructions, Checklists and Reporting systems that forms the framework of our quality management system. Cost Optimization Initiatives: While we are very dedicated to top quality and delivery we also have our eyes and fingers on the numbers. We strive to cut customer costs as much as realistically possible while ensuring we do not compromise top quality. Ex: Our implemented software at customer site is able to run reports that details the average traffic at different times of the day. This information drives optimizing the amount of Valet operators at different times of the day and/or days of the week. In turn optimizing the valet operators count and reducing customer costs. 8. Standard Auditing System: In addition to assigning a Manager or Supervisor - in charge at every client location, we carry out routine audits on client site. These quality audits are done by exclusively by the company Quality Director. The frequency of audits are pre-determined taking into consideration factors such as the location size, complexity, traffic, risk assessment, etc. 9. Social Responsibility: Both Amèricas Valet and its parent company Waves Amèricas plays an active role in giving back. We provide part proceeds to MD Anderson Cancer Center and engage in voluntary initiatives year round to assist in improving the communities where we do business. 10. W-STOP: The "WAVES WAY", perhaps the single most important company policy since its inception.
