ABOUT US
Amèricas Valet is the valet service division of the Waves Amèricas group. It was founded in 2013 and initiated operations in Houston
in 2015. The company was founded by Oscar Onyekwum. We are a luxury service provider with expertise in valet and concierge
services, and additional doorman, porter, and baggage delivery services as well. We also offer parking management and consultation.
Our specialization lies in high-rise residential, mid-rise residential, condominiums, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, corporate
and special events in Texas.
Oscar Onyekwum, the founder and president of Waves Amèricas Corporate Systems LLC, is a veteran in quality systems. Mr
Onyekwum worked for close to two decades within several fortune 500 companies, like Chevron and Schlumberger, in multiple senior
management positions, managing highly sensitive multi-million dollar assets and programs. His vast experience in quality and
customer service is in oil and gas, manufacturing, telecommunications and technology. He is a trained Engineer with a Masters
Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University. He also has an Executive Business diploma from Rice
University. Mr Onyekwum is a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), An IRCA Certified Lead Quality Auditor and a
certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Amèricas Valet is built on the philosophy of a 3-point top quality approach. Expertise, Process and Continuous Improvement. Our
hiring mechanism and on-boarding process is so intensive that we are able to weed out personnel not suited for the job. Our training
and development program prepares the team members for the challenges in operation and eventually for succession into leadership
positions. Our accountability and retention programs ensure our employees are well compensated and highly productive.
